Use our trail map to plan out your adventure, follow the route and see all of the wonderful installations to finding the food stalls or the closest toilet. You can either download the PDF below or use the image on this page.
Our map is a big circle route with many stops, it takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete with a stop at the christmas village for some food or drinks if you are getting peckish.
Our traffic team will guide you to the right car park—Blue Badge holders go straight to the nearest bays. If you need to drop off someone with access needs, you can do so before parking in the area advised.
Please arrive exactly at your booked slot (not earlier)—we won’t admit guests before their ticket time. The furthest car park is a 10-minute walk from the entrance. Don’t forget to have your entrance tickets ready on your phone to be scanned. Keep your pre-ordered merchandise and drinks tickets handy too — they’ll be scanned at the entrance bar.
Pre-Ordered Merch & Drinks
📍Courtyard
Look out for our festive Alpine Chalet in the Courtyard, it’s where all pre-ordered merchandise and drinks can be collected. Just join the Pre-Ordered Queue and have your tickets ready on your phone to be scanned.
If you haven’t pre-ordered, don’t worry! You can still purchase festive drinks, glowing toys, and visit the gift shop when you arrive.
