- Can I have a refund?
While tickets are non-refundable, you have the option to exchange or upgrade your tickets for a different date, depending on availability, by logging into your order here. Please ensure that you're booking the same number of tickets at the same or a higher price. If you encounter any issues with the exchange tool, you can rebook and submit both the original and new booking reference for a refund, as long as it's done at least 72 hours before the original event date.
If you can't make it, feel free to share your tickets with friends or family!

- Can I use my confirmation email for entry?
Your confirmation email alone won’t gain you access into the event unless otherwise stated. Additionally, photos of your tickets will also not be accepted.

- Can you resend my confirmation email?
Yes. If you haven’t received your confirmation, check your junk/spam folder. You can also go to the See Tickets Customer Portal and enter your details to resend it.
- Forgotten booking reference number?
Your reference number can be found in both the subject line and body of your confirmation email, as well as on your bank statement. If you can't find your confirmation email, click here, and enter the email address or phone number you used when booking. An Order Summary Reminder with details of all your bookings will be sent to you.
- How do I track my order?
To track your order or update your details, click here. You will need your booking reference number and post code or email address.
If you’ve misplaced your booking reference number, don’t worry – just click here to retrieve it.
- I can no longer attend, can I pass the booking on to friends/family?
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. However, you are welcome to pass your tickets along to friends or family. Please make sure to send the tickets to the new attendees before the event.

- I have double booked, what can I do?
If you’ve accidentally placed an order twice or believe you’ve been charged twice, please use the contact form to reach out to our team, and they will do their best to assist you. You can also manage your order and review your booking here.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, though please be aware that we cannot guarantee that any errors made during the order process can be corrected.
- I have sent an email, how long does it take to get a reply?
Once you have submitted your query via the See Tickets contact form, you'll receive a response within 48 hours, to the email address associated with your order.
What happens if it is bad weather?
The trail will go ahead in rain and cold weather, so please dress warmly and wear waterproof clothing and suitable footwear.
If we need to cancel due to severe weather or safety concerns, all ticket holders will be contacted by 2:00pm on the day by email or text, with the option to rebook or receive a refund. Updates will also be posted on our social media channels.
