Can I make changes to ticket dates and times?

NEW for 2024! Our new self-serve exchange tool offers flexibility for changing your ticket dates and times. You can swap or upgrade to a different date, depending on availability if you are booking the same number of tickets at the same or greater price. What is the difference between Super Peak and Peak tickets?

New for 2024, our SUPER PEAK tickets! These are enhanced nights which elevate your experience. With an entrancing array of theatrical, festive, live, entertainment in association with Steamship Circus. Showcasing mesmerising fire jugglers, breathtaking aerial artists, and larger-than-life characters, ensuring an unforgettable journey through our magical event.

Is my ticket refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable.

How do I receive my tickets?

You will receive an e-ticket via email prior to the event.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You can show your e-ticket on your phone. Help us reduce our carbon footprint and avoid printing your tickets.

I purchased a Ticket Plan Refund Promise, can I have a refund?

Please note that you are only covered in certain circumstances.  This service is not managed by Light Up Trails or any of its venue partners.  For more info click here.

Do I need to pre-book my tickets?

Yes, timed slots are allocated and to avoid disappointment we advise booking early.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

All tickets must be pre-purchased online in advance of the event to avoid disappointment.

Can I buy additional tickets?

How can I organize a group visit and is there a group rate?

A group discount of 10% is available for a party size of 15+ adults, to take advantage please email See Tickets at groups@seetickets.com Group discounts are not available to book online.

I haven’t received my tickets or have lost them?

Tickets are sent from ‘See Tickets’ which is donotreply@seetickets.com email address. Please remember to check your junk mail. If you are still having issues locating your tickets, you can contact See Tickets Customer Services here

Am I eligible for a complimentary carer ticket?

Where an adult or child requires assistance to attend the Light Up Trail due to a health condition or disability and is in receipt of any of the following benefits, they will qualify for one complimentary carer ticket:

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP for those aged 16-64 either the letter or allowance book)
  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 (mobility or care component)
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
  • Incapacity Benefit books or letter of notification
  • In case of visual impairment, a registration certificate (BD8 or CV1 certificate)
  • A blue badge (we need to see both sides)

When you arrive you may be asked to produce documentation to validate your carers ticket.  Carers must be 18 and over. Please ensure you arrive and leave the light trail with the qualifying visitor and can perform all requirements as needed, including assistance during evacuation or any other emergency.  If you need more than one carer, please visit See Tickets Customer Service team and have your booking reference at hand.

Is Parking included?

Yes your parking ticket is included. Please reserve your space when booking your light trail tickets.

Is there a transaction fee?

Yes, the transaction fee is £2.00. The fee charged for print at home tickets is a contribution to our ticketing agents who maintain the hardware and software at the venue so your paperless ticket will be recognised. It also allows us to ensure you have a simple, straightforward experience getting into your event. Please note that these fees are per transaction and not per ticket.
