Our General Policy states refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Please be sure that you choose the correct date and time slot when making your booking. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. This is highlighted throughout the booking process. In extinguishing circumstances an exchange for a different date may be considered on a case by case benefit but this is NOT guaranteed.
Please note if you have purchased a Ticket Plan Refund Promise at the time of booking, you are only covered in certain circumstances. This service is not managed by Light Up Trails or any of its venue partner venues. For more info click here.
The experience will still take place even if it rains and during spells of cold inclement weather. Please bring water-proof clothing and appropriate footwear with you. Bringing an umbrella, please be mindful of the other visitor’s experience around you. In the case of inclement weather and when the trail is still operating, refunds and exchanges are not permitted. If we do cancel due to severe bad weather, ticket holders will be contacted and offered an alternative date or a refund. If the weather presents a risk to safety any decision to cancel the event will be taken as early as possible and usually by 2:00pm. The light trail could be cancelled for the following reasons: • Ice or Snow • High Winds • Fallen trees and or broken branches • Flooding that significantly impacts underfoot. If we do cancel due to weather, ALL ticket holders will receive an email from 2:00pm onwards informing them of the cancellation and an outline of the options available.
