Accessible toilets are located on the Light Up Trail. They are clearly marked, and our stewards can direct you. First Aid is on site but please ensure you bring all medication and a trained carer to administer it.
Is the Light Up Trail dark or covered?
In some areas the lighting will be low level so you can enjoy the light art experience. You are welcome to bring along a torch in case of an emergency. The trail is not covered and the weather maybe inclement. Please wear appropriate clothing for the British winter weather.
Should I arrive in advance of my ticketed slot?
We would advise arriving 15 – 20 minutes before your chosen trail start time depending on the walking distance from the car parks.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available below. This is a ticketed event and without tickets (printed or on your phone) you will not be allowed access to the event.
Will my tickets be posted out?
No all tickets are e-tickets. You can either print them out ready to be scanned or download on to your mobile phone.
